Suspended magnetic separator with manual cleaning SMPR

SMPR is a magnetic system with ferrite or rare earth magnets in a rectangular case.

On the upper part there are eyebolts for suspension.

On the lower part there is a sliding sheet for mechanical cleaning.
Processed material moving on the conveyor enters powerful magnetic field of SMPR, where ferromagnetic particles get attracted to the surface of the plate, whereas non-magnetic material goes on to the next production stage.
At the end of each shift the separator is cleaned manually by sliding the sheet – ferromagnetic contaminants leave magnetic field and fall down into a special container.
