Magnetic separator SSG

SSG is a drum magnetic system made of ferrite or rare earth magnets in a case with a scraper for cleaning.

Processed coolant gets into the separator through the upper collector and passes between the housing and the magnetic drum.

Ferromagnetic particles are separated and later removed with a scraper.

Then the coolant passes to the sediment tank, where non-magnetic inclusions settle.

When the cutting fluid reaches the edge of the sediment tank, refined liquid goes to the outlet for further processing.
