Shuttering magnets
We offer shuttering magnets made of powerful Nd-Fe-B magnets for precast concrete products. They can radically simplify installation and removal of formwork.
Magnetic technologies help you make apertures and void without welding and quickly fix external formwork. This technology is efficient when welding is impossible: in cassettes or on automatic lines with shifting pallets. The service life of shuttering magnets is almost unlimited.
Shuttering magnets let you:
- produce ferroconcrete workpiece of various sizes at minimum expense;
- quickly mount elements forming openings in necessary places;
- quickly and easily install and remove formwork;
- withdraw from welding;
- withdraw from technological inclines;
- create curvilinear forms at minimum expense.

These advantages can remarkably facilitate and retrench manufacture of concrete products. Shuttering magnet is a magnetic block moving vertically inside a steel housing. With magnetic block pushed, magnet is safely fixed on steel base. Eccentric puller or any other lever is used to lift magnetic block. There are two threaded holes on the frame to connect the magnet to the adapter of the board system. Shuttering magnets work at a temperature of -50 through ≥100˚С. |
