Magnetic separator SSMV in the production line

In 2015 PK AllMag Co., Ltd. produced magnetic separators SSMV for one of our customers.

These separators are used for extracting ferromagnetic particles and inclusions from powdered calcined magnesia MgO, which is prone to lumping and sticking in transporting systems during cleaning.

We were set an unusual task to purify MgO powder. Our specialist examined the place of installation and designed separators with individual structure.

After mounting and final adaptation the separators by PK AllMag have been effectively working for several months, and separated product has been qualified according to the customer's requirements.
